Resolution or a resolve to fail?

I can't cook. My mom can cook. She cooked meals everyday. I should know how to cook. It's time to learn by trial and error. My taste buds are pleading for something other than canned tuna. By the end of 2010, I hope to be able to at least spice up that canned tuna with something other than mayo.
